ACCESS CONTROL
Record each access event with our Access Control system, which is compatible with all reader types and gate operators. Access Control provides centralized administration and management of an entire community, handling over 65,000 card holders, 16 different access groups and up to 220 card readers through a single integrated system.
 
GUEST PASS
Keep track of admitted guest’s exit and entry onto a property with custom guest passes. This feature, which allows Security Officers to print a pass that might contain specific information such as directions to a property and a pass expiration date. For communities desiring a real-time accounting of guests on the property, passes can contain a barcode that the security officer scans upon entry and exit, creating a record detailing the guest’s destination, time of arrival and departure.
 
IMAGING
The Imaging module provides the ultimate in additional security. By scanning the driver license or ID cards of residents and guests, in less than 8 seconds
both the text and
image are captured. The name, driver license number, address, and any other relevant information, including the image, are then saved in appropriate fields of the database. The resident’s image will be viewable in the resident record on both the security officer and administrative interfaces, promoting a greater sense of community. The guest’s image becomes part of the permanent guest record, available to security officers at all access locations when the guest requests entry at a future date. Security officers no longer have to spend time logging information nor worry about misspellings. And now you know your security officers have checked the guest’s ID!
 
VIDEO SERVER
The Video Server can take up to four simultaneous images of a vehicle entering a community and create a video log. Cameras are typically positioned to photograph the driver, the license plate, the occupants of the vehicle, and the admitting security officer. The data can then be archived to any removable storage device (i.e., CD, floppy disk, etc.); it does not require a dedicated computer.
 
AUTOMATED CALLER ID
Increase the efficiency of your security staff with our Caller ID module. When residents call the guardhouse or the Administrator, this automated system recognizes the caller’s telephone number (from a list of multiple numbers supplied by the resident), and then automatically retrieves a resident’s record. Security Officers, residents and guests all appreciate the expedited process.
 
EMAIL
You use email for everyday convenience, and now residents can use it to send important details to the GateHouse system. This might include a list of guests for a party, special instructions for the security officer, or guest authorization. Security can access the information in the resident’s record, where the software has copied information sent by the resident. The system accomplishes this process in a similar fashion to the Automated Caller ID module, recognizing multiple resident-supplied email addresses.
 
AUTOMATED ATTENDANT
This module offers convenient features for residents and maximizes the efficiency of processing visitors. Using a touch-tone telephone, a resident can authorize guest access, receive up-to-date community announcements, check on the availability of community resources (i.e. tennis court reservations), and receive automated notification for package receipts.
 
RESIDENT ID CARD
This feature provides for the creation of picture identification (ID) cards for residents that may be encoded with access control information. Residents can then have a dual-purpose ID card that also serves as an electronic key access to the community and internal secured areas.
