GateHouse Solutions offers a number of service options designed to fit a variety of needs and budgets. You may opt for hourly support, or one of our client agreements. Either way, you can expect outstanding technical support and guidance that have made GateHouse Solutions so successful.

Options include:

Service Agreements

  • Preferred Client Agreements (PCA)
    We offer several client agreements with benefits such as unlimited telephone support on GateHouse software during regular business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. , excluding holidays), discounts on GateHouse software upgrades as well as training.
    Or instead of an agreement, simply take advantage of our Prepaid Support Plan; prepay, and get a discount on the flat hourly rate.
  • System Management Agreements (SMA)
    Go a step further, and get enhanced support including administrative services, system management, regular status meetings, and prioritized support services (faster response time). You can also customize your plan with our personalized support options.
  • Network Management Agreement (NMA) Have GateHouse manage your system with a customized plan tailored to your needs. Typical features include an initial review and implementation, during which we insure your firewalls and virus protection are properly implemented. With additional benefits such as regularly scheduled meetings, weekly system maintenance and pro-active support, you can rest assured that you are getting the very best.
